Ah, The Beauty of New Clairvaux...

I've just returned from a retreat at the Abbey of New Clairvaux in Vina, California. It is a place I go to remember who I am.Click onto the link to view more pictures from New Clairvaux Monastery.Sacred Stones

It is really a beautiful place. My father's uncle,Brother Paul Konkler has been there since it first opened in....I want to say 1957,I don't know why that year rings a bell. For the past few years it has also served as our meeting place for family reunions.Boy has it changed a lot since when I used to go as a little kid.But I sure was a lucky enough of a recipient of some fantastic books after they remolded and turned that building back into the winery again a few years back. Also,I really respect how respectful they are of my agnostic/atheist religious stance.Yeah,it's a wonderful place.

To remember who you are? Does it take long? ;&)
